The one-off all day party sees Breddos’ Nud and Merlin, who has become known for his use of seasonal produce and precise classical techniques, create a brand new collaborative menu based on their cooking styles, so you can expect big flavours and inventive dishes with the usual mezcal buckets and vinyl soundtrack.
