Expect a six-course feast made of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world, paired with some of the finest wines. The menu (available throughout December) is priced at £1,000 per person and includes two types of the finest beef; a USDA prime fillet wellington with white Alba truffle and a Barolo wine sauce, and Hokkaido snow beef with morel mushrooms and a smoked bone marrow sauce.
The dinner opens with a host of canapés followed by a starter course of five dishes, all made with a selection of the best ingredients that money can buy such as Alaskan king crab and Beluga caviar. To finish, the menu includes a further five desserts, hand-made including a decadent chocolate cylinder coated in gold leaf and white and silver chocolate truffles. The drinks menu is made up of wines and champagnes from some of the finest vineyards including Champagne Pommery, Domaine Roulot, Chateau Talbot and Château d’Yquem.

A host of money-can’t-buy treats are also included in the experience. Choose from a VIP greeting and tour with Hippodrome Casino owner Simon Thomas, an exclusive show from in-house entertainers, a ‘learn to play’ gaming experience and a carriage home in Heliot’s luxury limousine.
