Neptune

A stylish and eclectic neighbourhood restaurant by Australian chef Brett Redman and American-born fashion stylist-turned restaurateur Margaret Crow.

Neptune, with 130 covers, has a huge focus on locally sourced produce and natural wines served in a warm and relaxed style - with interiors by Crow and Russell Sage Studio. Tucked into a corner of the Kimpton Fitzroy, Bloomsbury’s new hotel, Neptune is the highly anticipated second restaurant from Brett Redman and Margaret Crow - also behind the hip Elliot’s in Borough Market.

The original design of the room, by Charles Fitzroy Doll, is almost identical to the dining room of the RMS Titanic and has been used to dazzling effect with stylish interiors, an eclectic aesthetic - complete with pewter-top bar, peach walls, Art Deco banquettes an array of potted plants and vintage nautical elements.

The restaurant features an enchanting oyster and shellfish bar and a “fun and accessible approach to British cuisine" with Australian and Californian influences and an informal approach to classic dining. Think towering and sensationally fresh seafood platters and high quality British produce cooked on the wood-fire grill including dry-aged beef from Yorkshire.
