Teaming up with Britain’s best artisanal butchers, The Ginger Pig, Head Chef Ben Murphy (used to be at the three Michelin-starred Les Pres d' Eugenie and Epicure at Le Bristol in Paris) is being joined by; Margot Henderson (Rochelle Canteen), Jackson Boxer (Brunswick House, The Chess Club), Anna Hansen (Modern Pantry), Selin Kiazim (Oklava) and Mirek Dawid (Blacklock) into his kitchen to each cook an unusual cut of rare breed meat.
The one-off, six-course dinner is showcasing less familiar cuts of meat, from pigs cheeks to lamb’s neck end chops. Dinner is priced at £60 per head including a glass of Champagnge on arrival. A specially created wine pairing is also available for an additional £30. Tickets.
