The latest venture from restaurateur Lisa Long (who’s also a partner in La Loggia Ristorante and the Flats), and designer Ann Booth Luly, Montrésor features a 1920s-inspired décor and a menu overseen by Executive Chef Paul Shoemaker, who once worked with Thomas Keller at the French Laundry.
U will find traditional bistro fare such as coq au vin with root vegetables, and French onion soup with gruyere and baguette croutons, as well as modern creations like truffled gnocchi with reggiano foam, or crème brûlée with savory biscotti.
Studio City has long needed a true French gem and here it is.
