The stellar line-up includes resident Chef Igor Tymchyshyn, Chris Galvin, Chef Patron of the Galvin empire, André Garrett of Cliveden House and Allan Pickett, Executive Chef of the Swan at Shakespeare’s Globe. Each chef will showcase one of five-courses along with paired wines to marry up each course. Tickets are priced at £95 and include a glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne.
Fillet steak tartare with quail’s egg, sourdough and truffle; seared sea scallop with caramelised cauliflower purée and florets, golden raisins and spiced oil and duck with foie gras, pickled turnip and spiced jus.
