Hock + Hoof

Adventurous dining in the heart of DTLA awaits at this new French-Asian restaurant.

Hock + Hoof is a contemporary American restaurant using classic French techniques while incorporating refined Asian ingredients and flavors. Its menu celebrates and is inspired by the cultural diversity of Los Angeles, aiming to take U on a culinary adventure right in the heart of downtown.

Patina Group alums chefs Kat Hu and Justin Yi have created a menu filled with surprises, including off cuts such as beef heart tartar, pig trotter and tripe.

But if offal ain’t Ur thing, don’t worry, there are plenty of delicious things that won’t make U squirm. Try the Hokkaido scallops with winter melon and osmanthus foam, and a cowboy rib-eye with pink peppercorn béarnaise.
