Wood & Water is a bistro-style restaurant serving seasonal seafood, sustainable protein, and farm-to-fork produce. The décor is modern-industrial, but comfortable — perfect for a drink by the fireplace, or a lengthy meal in tufted leather booths.

The menu is divided into various sections, including a raw bar with oysters, ceviche or yellowtail salad. Starters and sharable dishes include things like a butchers board with charcuterie and cheese; grilled octopus; braised pork belly or duck egg rolls. Main courses include a 24 hours brined skillet fried chicken; deconstructed short rib wellington; lobster pot pie or a whole crispy striped bass.
