Two Michelin Star Chef Antonio Mellino brings pizza to Forte dei Marmi.
Forte dei Marmi has launched Pizza Tuesday. Every week, in addition to daily specials, specialty pizzas are served such as the Whole Wheat Pizza with buffalo mozzarella, yellow tomatoes and zucchini flowers, White Pizza with Gorgonzola Cheese, walnuts, pears and perigord truffle, Pata Negra Pizza with rucola and shaved parmigiana,Margherita with Mozzarella DOP, Focaccia with rosemary and extra virgin olive oil, and Calzone with ricotta cheese, spicy salame, tomato sauce and mozzarella. To complement the pies, Forte dei Marmi will also debut its selection of Italian beers. Saluti!
