Plastic Pledge Supper-Club

Top chefs are comng together for this one-off ticketed ‘Plastic Pledge’ supper-club & panel discussion, that raises awareness on the endemic use of plastic.

Fresh from a plastic-free café pop-up in December, the evening has been masterminded by chef Rose Lloyd Owen (Founder of Fare Healthy and Peardrop London, pictured), and features a five-course menu, cooked in an entirely plastic-free kitchen.

Starting from 6.30pm, the menu includes dishes created by Jasmine Hemsley, alongside Chantelle Nicholson (chef patron of Tredwells), chef Anna Barnett and eco-chef Tom Hunt.

Alongside dinner, there will be a panel discussion focusing on the environmental impact of plastic usage and wastage, with key speakers Rose Lloyd Owen, Tom Hunt, Keep Cup and Andy from recycling specialists Boomerang Resources. Tickets are priced at £37 with £2 from every ticket donated to the World Wide Fund for Nature.
