The Benedict Project at Tom & Serg

One of Dubai's most coveted foodie destinations is launching a limited-edition range of incredible Eggs Benedict dishes.

This July, dig into the new and improved versions of the perfect brunch dish. Each week (in July) the hip neighbourhood hangout rolls out three new egg-cellent versions such as: the 'Black Benedict' with charcoal sourdough, black pepper pastrami, charcoal hollandaise & sweet and sour apricot chutney and the 'Smoked Salmon Benedict' with crispy potato pancake, smoked salmon, dill oil, brown butter and lemon hollandaise. These dishes are available from 8am until 4pm during the week and from 8am until 6pm at weekends. 

Australian native Tom Arnel and Spanish-born Sergio Lopez teamed up to create Tom & Serg – an industrial Melbourne-style urban café located in the industrial Al Quoz district.
