Eleven Madison Park Duo Out of Three World Trade Center

Eleven Madison Park duo Daniel Humm and Will Guidara have axed plans to open a restaurant at Three World Trade Center.

Plans for a 7,000-square-foot causal dining restaurant at the Westfield-operated shopping mall have been shelved, reports the New York Post.

Sarah Rosenberg, a spokesperson for Guidara and Humm’s Make It Nice Hospitality Group, said the split between the restaurateurs and landlord Westfield was “totally amicable.” “Scheduling conflicts in all things led to all parties to go their separate ways,” she said.

Make It Nice has a lot going on at the moment. Having opened its first West Coast outpost at the NoMad hotel in Downtown Los Angeles at the start of the year, the group will soon launch another NoMad in Las Vegas and is also working on a major restaurant complex at a new Norman Foster-designed office tower going up at 425 Park Avenue.
