If U live in Paris, you must have heard of chef Pierre Touitou very successful restaurant, Vivant. Now, the chef extraordinaire has done it again via his new bar Déviant. The rumour mill is in an Parisian opinion is that this one of the best bars in Paris.
Indeed, this is the first bar of it's kind in Paris - ppen-fronted, no tables or chairs, just fun clientele standing by bar as tapas and wine flow. You can be forgiven for thinking U are enjoying an evening in Spain.
As soon as happy hour starts at 18.30, the iron curtain goes up revealing the bar, and the kitchen staff start dispensing some of the tasting sharing dishes you will ever have in the city. Do try delicious cod accras in a mouthwatering tasty sauce, grilled asparagus, or beef with a pepper sauce.
And did we mention, the ambiance is set just right for mingling and meeting the locals.
