Celebrating the first full moon of Autumn, U will focus on inner reflection by releasing negative energy through the purification of water rituals and harness the powerful energy of the full moon as it rises over the horizon while Michelle Berlin and Gina Moon chant mantras through Sound Bowl Healing Rituals to clean and activate your chakras.
