This will be the luxury brand's first Miami property.
Miami's first Waldorf Astoria was just announced and it's going to be big. Rising more than 1,000 feet above Biscayne Bay, it will be one of the tallest hotel/residential towers on the East Coast.
New York-based developer Property Markets Group, Toronto-based private equity and asset management firm Greybrook Realty Partners, global hospitality company Hilton, and S2 Development, are all partnering together for this legendary project.
The property will bring a five-star hotel, private residences, retail and culinary destinations to 300 Biscayne Blvd.
