Kicking off - on 27 January, at 10am - with coffee, take your place in the private dining room, which will be set up with equipment and ingredients for each attendee. Ben will guide the class through the process of making Pistachio Soufflés, a signature of his mentor Pierre Koffmann.
Enjoy a glass of Champagne and a three-course lunch in the private dining room, finishing off with your own soufflé for dessert. The class lasts approximately an hour and a half, followed by lunch. Tickets cost £50pp.
