As a more casual outpost of New York’s iconic Eleven Madison Park, EMP Winter House - at Chefs Club at The St. Regis - offers an à la carte menu inspired by Chef Daniel Humm’s upbringing in Switzerland. The menu features dishes such as Smoked Trout Toast, Veal Schnitzel, and Fondue, as well as an extensive wine list with over 250 wines. In addition to the daily dinner menu, the restaurant offers an Après Ski menu with seasonal snacks and beverages each afternoon.
Dine in one of 10 custom-designed yurts - ideal for apres ski or book ahead for large-format suppers and summon your server by flicking on strings of Christmas lights wrapped around the top of the yurt. Open from December 15, 2018 through to April 6, 2019. Reservations for the pop-up restaurant are open exclusively for American Express Card Members.
