KityCow at Hush

Fresh from their appearance on BBC’s Million Pound Menu, Jamie Barber's Hush is hosting a three-month residency with KityCow (formally XXVI).

Under their new name, chefs Joe Allen and Aaron Thomas are running a three month residency at Barber’s Mayfair brasserie Hush, opening on February 1. The Indo-Nepalese KityCow (taking over the first-floor dining room) is dishing up the very best of Nepalese cuisine with British fusion and attitude with a menu of their favourite Nepalese dishes - there's also an a la carte menu - with dishes such as onion pakora with mint and Exmoor caviar and cauliflower with ricotta & curry sauce. The 8-course set menu is priced at £55.

Onion pakora with mint and Exmoor caviar; buffalo and tarragon momo with green chilli and tomato achar; Jhaneko daal with buckwheat roti, cavalo nero & coconut thoran and cauliflower with ricotta & curry sauce.
