This winning restaurant offers a Franco-South American gastronomy with a pronounced focus around ceviche, the flagship product of the establishment. The owner and chef supreme, Julien (who is always on the premises), had the idea of Cru when he did a trip to Brazil and was inspired by the local cuisine to do his own take on the delicacies that marked him. 

The menu changes every week, but it is constantly focused around the same products sea bass, sea bream, shrimp etc. with a seasoning (citrus, lemon, pomegranate, passion ...). All served with a rice, ginger, sweet potatoes or beetroot chioga.

Adding to its charm and Brazilian influence, the restaurant feels like a 'home' (through the use of handmade furniture, warm ambiance and decor) and produces its own wine: the 'Barock'!
