Central Fare - Downtown Miami

Central Fare is Downtown Miami’s food hub. Discover five new culinary food and beverage concepts in the 'lifestyle-centric destination' located on the mezzanine level - ranging from traditional comfort food to authentic Italian gelato - anchored by Juvia Group’s La Estación American Brasserie, a 240-seat, 10,000-square-foot restaurant and bar with private event space and an open kitchen. There's also World Famous House of Mac - Miami’s famed food truck concept and Art de Vivre, a wine bar and café - a spinoff of the Château L’Hospitalet L’Art de Vivre restaurant in Narbonne-Plage, France. The state-of-the-art, high tech transit-oriented development spans six downtown Miami city blocks, and features Virgin Trains USA’s Miami station. 

The Lincoln Eatery - Miami Beach

Designed by global architecture firm Arquitectonica, The Lincoln Eatery brings together a total of 16 fast-casual, artisan, and grab-&-go concepts in a space (with seating for 200 diners) that reflects the fast-paced vibe emerging in Miami Beach’s expanded Lincoln Road district. Design-wise think subway tiles, concrete floors, and a matrix of wooden beams above. Whether you’re a local foodie looking for a quick bite or visiting from out of town and craving an authentic Miami Beach experience, The Lincoln Eatery has something for everyone. Vendors include: New York-style deli concept Marble & Rye, Mexican-based brand Manhattan Paletas and popular Thai eatery Cake Thai Kitchen and Gai-Jin by Cake by chef Phuket Thongsodchaveondee. The Lincoln Eatery is now open daily from 8am to 11pm.

La Centrale in Brickell City Centre

La Centrale is Miami’s premier Italian food hall, a massive gastronomic emporium bringing the sights, sounds, and tastes of Italy to Miami, located right in the heart of the city. La Centrale showcases 14 different Italian eateries, cafes, and shopping options spanning three levels and ranging from grab-and-go food counters to casual dining to markets to upscale sit-down restaurants. Get oven-fresh pizzas at Mercato on the first floor or head to La Centrale's three upscale restaurants - on the second floor - with offerings ranging from pasta dishes, fresh seafood to vegan. The third level houses a wine bar and cellar, which serves small bites and regional Italian wines curated by a sommelier. La Centrale expresses itself through the lens of a stylish Italian holiday in a classic Italian seaside setting. Time Out Market Miami - Opening Soon

The South Beach food hall (around the corner from The Lincoln Eatery) features 17 different food stalls, three bars, an art gallery, and a demonstration kitchen. Taste food from some of the city’s best restaurants and chefs, sip cocktails by award-winning mixologists and view stunning works of art by Miami’s rising talents. The line-up includes: Jeremy Ford of Stubborn Seed behind a new Korean concept, Alberto Cabrera opening The Local Cuban featuring Cuban street food, Ariete's Michael Beltran is manning a wood-burner for dishes such as smoked short ribs and smoked chicken, Miami’s oldest and only surviving New York style deli - Stephen's - is setting up shop, Coyo Taco will be whipping up made-to-order tortillas, 33 Kitchen is serving Peruvian dishes and Miami Smoker is behind a Charcuterie Bar - amongst many others. The first Time Out Market opened in Lisbon in 2014, with seven sites now in the pipeline in New York, Boston, Chicago, Montreal and London.

The Citadel - Little River

Located in the burgeoning Little River district, the market concept boasts pop-ups uniquely created by favorite local eateries, rotating style outlets, and emerging creative agencies all under the same roof. The Citadel's food hall, featuring 15 concepts and a bar takes up 15,000 square feet of the space and offers fare from some of Miami's best-known chefs, including Antonio Bachour, Jouvens Jean, and Steve Santana. Concepts include: Peruvian fare at 33 Kitchen, chef Jouvens Jean serving traditional Caribbean cuisine at Manjay, Society BBQ brings Texas BBQ to Miami and there's also an outpost of Palmar - Wynwood's popular Chinese restaurant.
