Rotunda is serving Corneyside Beef, sourced from their own Northumberland farm, alongside a selection of Fruits de mer, at their Surf N’ Turf Feast. Arrive at 6.30pm for a drinks and canapé reception hosted by Head Chef Jai Parkinson and Head Butcher Neil Cox, before sitting down to sharing platters of steak and seafood. During the reception, you will have the opportunity to quiz your hosts on the restaurants, “gate to plate” ethos and the provenance of their beef, as well as learn how to properly shuck an oyster.
