Prepared and presented in an interactive way right in front of you at the newly launched El Puerto section of the restaurant - choose between a four-course or eight-course menu of ceviche dishes created by Lima’s head chef Diego Sanchez and learn all about the history of the traditional Peruvian dish.
This highly immersive, first hand experience is available for a maximum of four guests only. Pre-booking is required. The menu is available Wednesday to Friday from 6pm. Four courses cost Dhs199 per person, while seven courses and a welcome drink is priced at Dhs340.
