Sexy Fish

Sexy Fish is paying homage to this special time with a stunning mirror installation gateway, a selection of blossom inspired Sakura cocktails and a striking neon pink fish-shaped cake, inspired by the Sexy Fish ‘fish,’ adorned with bursting cherry blossoms, created by cake artist, Sebastian Wild Cakes. The striking mirror installation reflects a traditional Japanese torii - a customary Japanese gate most commonly found at the entrance of or within a shrine. The stunning mirror installation with lights and flowers designed to represent the pink blossom lined streets and parks of Japan. From 18 March.

Roka Charlotte Street

Sakura season returns to London at the Shochu Lounge in Roka Charlotte Street with a spectacular and fully-immersive (and now permanent) cherry blossom installation and a Sakura-inspired cocktail menu. Dine on Roka’s signature Japanese-inspired cuisine underneath a glowing blanket of blossom. The return of the cherry blossom installation to Shochu this year has taken the concept even further, with a stunning canopy of cherry blossom covering the entire ceiling of the basement bar. From 26 March. Zuma

The unique installation features real life tree trunks and branches covered in beautiful pale pink flowers that run along the ceiling and the main wall of the Zuma bar, bringing a taste of this iconic Japanese season to London. Sit under the beautiful waterfall of cherry blossom and enjoy six exclusive cocktails created Bombay Sapphire and Grey Goose. Available from 31 March to 23 June. 

The Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch

The Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch are (from 5 April) transforming their terrace into a tranquil escape showcasing contemporary Japanese craftsmanship with a menu of themed cocktails, bespoke dishes and Afternoon Tea. Discover an oasis of calm inspired by Sakura’s distinctive pink foliage, with aromatic scent diffusers adding to the sensory experience. There's a menu of seven bespoke cocktails (such as the “Gin & Sonic” with Roku Gin, Sonic Water, fresh ginger) and a selection of new dishes including steak tartare with spicy Yuba and Harumaki Snow Crab with shiso salsa. 

Hush 

The courtyard at Mayfair's Hush is in full blossom (until 12 May) with a Japanese paradise of pink florals, delicate cherry blossoms and a show stopping archway sure to transport you to the gardens of Tokyo. There's also four cocktails celebrating the arrival of the cherry blossom season. Try the Paradise Garden with Sakurao Gin, mint, cucumber, lime, elderflower and Franklin & Sons tonic. 

Sakagura 

Sakagura - a contemporary styled Japanese restaurant in Mayfair - is celebrating the iconic cherry blossom season once again, by transforming the restaurant into a candy-coloured Japanese wonderland, blanketed in beautiful pink petals. Dine (from 1st to 28th April) amongst the cherry blossoms, as the restaurant transforms with pink flowery clouds for an authentic and stunning floral backdrop. Order one of the limited-edition cocktails, such as Hanami Calling - Roku gin mixed with honey, lemon and Red Shiso Umeshu.
