Il Ristorante by Niko Romito

Dine on contemporary Italian cooking from one of the world's most celebrated chefs, at this stunning restaurant which has been awarded two Michelin stars.

With eponymous restaurants already installed at the Bvlgari Hotels in Beijing, Shanghai and Milan, Romito is also the Chef Patron of the three Michelin-starred Reale restaurant in Abruzzo in the Abruzzo region in Italy and known for his unique interpretation of modern and classical flavours of Italy. From delectable antipasti of blue fina tuna belly and Italian milk fed veal to the fish and meats menu, and beautiful handmade pasta in between for primi courses, expect to be impressed. Mains include homemade langoustine tortellini with asparagus and braised lamb with turnip top and aged balsamic vinegar.

The restaurant is sleek and modern, with designer interiors bringing a touch of classy luxury to the Italian-inspired eatery - reminiscent of the original Bvlgari Hotel in Milan. There is a raised banqueting area for patrons to dine under a dramatic black ceiling, to mimic eating outside under the night sky, with views of the stunning Arabian Gulf surrounding the pretty restaurant.
