Chelsea Barracks Kitchen with Ollie Dabbous

Michelin-starred chef Ollie Dabbous (of Hide acclaim) is behind a pop-up restaurant, taking place throughout the Chelsea Flower Show.

Set in the gardens of the Chelsea Barracks development, located just moments away from the Flower Show, this temporary dining experience offers fine dining, an all day deli and bar with seating inside and out. Having learnt his trade at Le Manoir, with its renowned culinary garden style cooking; the new Mulberry Square within Chelsea Barracks provide Ollie with access to a range of fresh seasonal produce to use within the Chelsea Barracks Kitchen. Mirroring Ollie’s signature style at Hide restaurant, expect the dishes respect the integrity of the ingredients and showcase them in an organic yet refined manner.
