Maison Yaki

The second restaurant from chef Greg Baxtrom of critically acclaimed and cult-favorite Brooklyn destination Olmsted.

Combining two of Greg's favorite cuisines, Maison Yaki is a French yakitori restaurant that is rooted in his appreciation for classical French and love for the style of yakitori - taking inspiration from from L’Express in Montreal, Paul Bert in Paris and Yardbird in Hong Kong. The lively restaurant and bar (decked out with red leather seats and a hand-laid mosaic floor) features a seasonal and ever-changing menu with French and Japanese influence, alongside a selection of cocktails on tap, a French-focused wine list, sake and beer. The backyard patio offers outdoor dining year-round, as well as two petanque courts.
