A ramen battle featuring the best local bowls of the Japanese staple...
Established by local chef Jeremiah Bullfrog (also behind P.I.G - Pork is Good and Duck, Duck Goose culinary festivals), PopRamen! sees some of Miami's top chefs tasked with creating a unique spin on Japan’s beloved noodle bowl - in the Design District's Palm Court.
Participants include Andrew Zarzosa of St. Roch Market’s Yuzu Miami and Phuket “Cake” Thongsodchaveondee of Cake Thai, along with celebrity judges Katsuya Fukushima of Daikaya in Washington, D.C., and Justin Carlisle of Ardent and Red Light Ramen in Milwaukee. Also expect Japanese brews and Asian-inspired cocktails by David Cedeno of Urbanica Hotel’s Minibar. Tickets are priced from $50.
