Ahead of Miami Spice, David Grutman’s Groot Hospitality is hosting a collaborative dinner featuring chef Benjamin Goldman of Planta and chef Carlos Torres of Swan.
Both chefs are hosting the first Miami Spice mash-up of 2019, giving diners an exclusive preview of their Miami Spice menus before the culinary program starts, on August 1. The one-night-only dining experience takes place on Thursday, June 13, at Swan in Miami's Design District. The three-course meal – featuring two dishes per course, one from each of the chefs is priced from $75 per person.
