Around the corner from their much loved French Bisto (known for dishing up elaborate French classics, such as veal brains with caviar, morels, and fava beans) is this neo-bistro influenced by northern Spain, with a focus on basque influenced grilling. Count on through-the-roof creativity from chef Efrén Hernández with his own idiosyncratic style in a stylish room. Heavily influenced by restaurants in Vienna and Milan, the dining room is decked with vintage lights fixtures from Paris paired with rich green velvet, saddle leather, and an unlacquered brass bar top. Open from 5.30pm.
