Reverence by Russell Jackson

A tasting menu concept restaurant from the dissident' chef and pioneering underground maverick.

The cutting edge and noted Los Angeles-born chef (formerly a private chef for Counting Crows) also oversees underground dining experience SubCulture Dining. Originally started in San Francisco and now operates in both New York and Los Angeles. Dubbed a "quintessential underground dining experience", the exclusive dining experience involves intimate gatherings in secret locations.

At Reverance, Jackson dishes up a seasonally changing, five-course diverse tasting menu ($98), with dishes reflecting the cultural diversity of California - taking inspiration from Korean and Japanese to French and Latin American. Drinks pairings also available. Reservations required for the 18-seat chef's counter. Open for dinner, Tuesday to Saturday.
