The Carribean style rum and cocktail bar has re-opened at the Stiles Hotel on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, with several members of the Employees Only Miami team on board. Swizzle's inspiration and much of its story is centered around rum (serving over 150 different varieties) and it's namestake - the 'swizzled' Manhattan. Classic bar snacks are available alongside the rum-filled Caribbean concoctions - such as chicken wings and a Cuban sandwich. 

The intimate tiki-themed setting and outside patio - complete with a speakeasy ambiance - features a custom mural telling story of the origins of rum and a soundtrack played through a vintage gramophone. Open daily, from 5pm.

Serbian steak croquetas filled with pork steak coated in kajmak and paprika with Ajvar Serbian vegetable spread served on the side, along with Cuban sandwiches and Jamaican jerk chicken wings.

El Presidente with pomegranate, molasses, and Angostura bitters; and a Pisco Smuggler with pisco, young coconut pureé, and white cacao and the classic Hurricane made with Banks 5 Star Island, Plantation Dark Rum and EO grenadine.
