The retro styled bar (housed in the historical Ingraham building, and designed with a “70’s Scandinavian meets 80’s Italian aesthetic”) specializes in a rotating list of natural and low - intervention wines, made from sustainably grown grapes by smaller producers - served alongside low-alcohol cocktails made with amaro, aperitifs, and vermouths. Foodwise - expect a short and electic small plates menu with dishes such as salmon crudo with labneh, salmon roe & dill zhug and sardine bahn mi with pickles, chili aioli & herbs.
Wine not?
Margot's Margarita - made with cold pressed lime juice, shaken with kumquat & agave based spirit & served with toasted coconut salt and the Flower Girl Spritz with cold pressed watermelon Jjuice poured over bitter root liqueur, mixed with floral hibiscus shrub, topped with Pet-Nat & San Pellegrino.
