The casual New American eatery is hosting a one-of-a-kind collaboration dinner with Louis Roederer Champagne.
This special caviar dinner features two vintages of iconic Cristal Champagne - the flagship cuvée - and other multiple award winning Champagnes of Louis Roederer. This incredible dinner features a six-course meal, with dishes such as smoked eel with shellfish gelee and sweet corn souffle with caviar - and a carefully selected Champagne pairing with each course. Places are available for the two seatings at 6pm and 8.30pm and priced at $395 per person.
