Sumas

Located in the picturesque harbour of Gorey, Sumas is a firm favourite with locals and tourists alike.

This upmarket and rather chic restaurant (with its all weather terrace) offers stunning views of Mont Orgueil Castle and the Royal Bay of Grouville. On a fine day take a table on the little balcony to watch the boats bobbing in the harbour and soak up the sun beaming across the bay. The menu showcases the best of Jersey's shellfish, sush as Jersey oysters either straight up or poached with a white wine sauce or with sake and yuzu. Dishes include classic Jersey plaice with lemon butter and brill with crab ravioli.
