Dreamt up by two brothers who found fame in Paris during the 80s, the family-run Noura chain has outlets in London and Paris and now a summer pop-up in Monaco - in the Salon Excelsior. This lounge, which has a superb sea-facing terrace, is the embodiment of the hotel's Belle Epoque style. During the pop-up dine on traditional hot and cold Lebanese mezze and dishes featuring a modern twist, such as their famous cod sayadieh and the confit royal d’agneau. A lounge bar serves up shisha and colourful cocktails. Open every from 5pm until midnight.
