C.A.M. in Los Angeles

The hip Parisian joint is heading to Los Angeles and dishing up their epic small pan-Asian plates at a private supper club.

The dinners are taking place over three consecutive evenings at a private house on North Rampart Boulevard 90026. They're serving up a tasting menu format with paired natural wines. Expect highly innovative and explosively flavorful dishes from the under-the-radar stripped back, hot spot (used to be a souvenir shop) by Korean-born chef Esu Lee - pictured. Dishes could include: steak tartare served with gochujang and XO sauce and smoked cuttlefish with ginger dressing. Places are priced at $120 per person.
