From the same team behind The Beach, an upscale boutique hotel, Ziggy's is a chilled-out hideaway set right on the white sand of the desirable south end of Tulum beach, just metres form the turqoise sea. The beach club (open 9am to sunset) hosts daily culinary and musical events, as well as DJs. Grab a lounger under the shade of the idyllic palms and settle in for a relaxing day amid the friendly atmosphere.

Chef Miguel Hidalgo's restaurant offers high-quality but informal all-day dining - including dinner - with an emphasis on traditional seafood, and cocktails. Do also try the delicious fruit smoothies and daily-made artisanal bread.
