Pasta Workshop at Jim & Neesie

The design-led, speakeasy-style lobby bar and restaurant, in the Generator Miami, is hosting a masterclass in the art of making fresh egg pasta from scratch.

Led by chef Daniel Roy (formerly at the Matador Room), the evenings are being held every fourth Wednesday of the month. The classes (from 7pm) and subsequent dinner are limited to just 15 guests. The evening includes a welcome cocktail, canapés and a 4-course dinner with wine pairings and priced at just $100.

Snapper crudo with Sicilian pistachio, Calabrian chili oil and herbs; ricotta ravioli with San Marzano tomato sauce, 24-month parmesan and micro basil and paradelle pasta with Sebastián inlet clams, smokey clam broth, celery leaf salad and pork belly.
