Diners in attendance at the culinary events join a series of guest speakers for a three-course dinner (tickets priced £55 per person), next up is Liz Johnson, the three-time World Champion swimmer who won gold at the Beijing Paralympics in 2008. Upon arrival at the events, be welcomed with canapés and a glass of Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Champagne, before taking your seats for the special four course dinner.

Bhatti ka paneer, tandoor-cooked spiced cottage cheese and mint chutney; tellicherry pepper and garlic soft-shell crab and kofta dil kush (a curry recipe with seasonal vegetable dumplings, melon seeds and a cashew nut sauce – served with dal, saag mutter (spinach and pea curry), basmati rice and mixed breads.
