The menu collaboration, at The Met's fourth-floor restaurant, features five ingredient-led dishes created exclusively for the museum, that rotate seasonally - by the critically lauded chef and restaurateur - who's also behind the Michelin-starred vegetarian restaurant Nix.
Known for his vegetable-forward cooking, Fraser is now serving up (until October) a tomato-focussed tasting menu - a menu supplement to signature favorites on the current menu by the restaurant's Executive Chef, Fred Sabo. Dishes include a heirloom tomato gazpacho and a tomato-strawberry tart.
Considered one of the Museum's "hidden" secrets, The Dining Room enjoys some of the best views of the city through the restaurant's angled glass façade, which overlooks Central Park.
