The iconic Montauk resort has been hard at work all winter revamping their digs, and now their five new venues - two restaurants, a coffee shop, and a craft cocktail bar, as well as a rennovated beach club - are ready for the summer.
The large waterfront restaurant has been transformed into Scarpetta Beach - as it will be called - an outpost of the Meatpacking original, offering the same Italian dishes it became famous for, as well as local seafood.
They've also brought in the vintage-inspired Regent Cocktail Club, HQ'd in Miami Beach, voted best hotel bar in the world by Tales of the Cocktail, along with leading bartender Julio Cabrera to serve up classic cocktails. More casual all-day dining will come from American bistro Tillie's, or juices and hot drinks wil be available from Corso Coffee bar in the lobby. After you've eaten your fill, rent out one of the king-size daybeds at the shiny new Beach Club, and admire the oceanviews across the 1000-foot private beach. Job done.
