This waterfront bsitro is helmed by Michelin-starred executive chef Danny Brown, formerly of Danny Brown Wine Bar and Kitchen in Forest Hills, Queens. The American eatery (with outside patio and views of the lower Manhattan skyline) is part of the One°15 Brooklyn Marina, a project that also includes Ebb & Flow bakery & sandwich shop from James Beard award-winning chef François Payard.
The emphasis is on simple dishes highlighting seasonal, local produce, seafood, and meat. The menu ranges from variations on tartare alongside a selection of tarts, sandwiches, burgers, seasonal salads, and a raw bar - including locally sourced oysters. The interiors focus on nautical-inspired decor, complete with marine-blue accents, a wraparound cocktail bar, and an ice cream sundae station.
