The sushi hand-roll specialist are hosting a rooftop sushi-making class at Showfields in NoHo.
The recently-opened - Flatiron based - sushi shop are known for making sustainable, Australian-inspired hand rolls - using organic ingredients, certified sustainable seafood, and house-made sauces. Founders, David Tam and Gavin Tseng, will be leading the hands-on class, which is taking place on Thursday August 15, from 6.30pm on the roof of Showfields. Learn how to prepare two of their own hand rolls (using both rice & quinoa) while enjoying sake and bites. Tickets are priced at $35.
