Gin O’ndina is crafted in Italy using 19 botanicals from the Riviera, including fresh basil from Liguria and Sicilian citrus fruit; showcased in the bespoke cocktails (including the Sgroppino cocktail - with O’ndina gin, lemon & sage sorbet with Prosecco) which will be paired with the special four-course dinner. Dine on regional-influenced dishes (such as Casarecce pesto Genovese & Aubergine parmigiana) at Stevie Parle's superb Italian restaurant, Palatino - the sister restaurant of highly acclaimed London restaurants Sardine, Pastaio and Rotorino. The dinners are taking place on September 4th and September 19th in the Old Street restaurant. Tickets are priced at £39 plus booking fee.
