Gin O’ndina is crafted in Italy using 19 botanicals from the Riviera, including fresh basil from Liguria and Sicilian citrus fruit; showcased in the bespoke cocktails (including the Sgroppino cocktail - with O’ndina gin, lemon & sage sorbet with Prosecco) which will be paired with the special four-course dinner. Dine on regional-influenced dishes (such as Casarecce pesto Genovese & Aubergine parmigiana) at Stevie Parle's superb Italian restaurant, Palatino - the sister restaurant of highly acclaimed London restaurants Sardine, Pastaio and Rotorino. The last dinner is taking place on September 19th in the Old Street restaurant. Tickets are priced at £39 plus booking fee.
