Ferran Adrià x Fredrik Berselius at Aska

The two Michelin-starred Brooklyn restaurant, run by chef Fredrik Berselius, is hosting a special dinner with renowned chef Ferran Adrià of elBulli acclaim.

To celebrate Adrià's visit to New York, Chef Berselius is creating a menu that marries Aska’s Scandinavian flavors and culinary traditions with the innovative and enduring legacy of Adrià's dishes he created at elBulli. The dinner begins at 6:30pm with a drinks reception featuring Krug Champagne, followed by a multi-course dinner, in which the guest-of-honor, Ferran Adrià will be in attendance to share the latest happenings at his innovative culinary academy and think tank, the elBulli Foundation. Tickets are priced at $1,275 (plus tax), inclusive of the reception, dinner, beverage pairing, as well as a copy of the Adria’s 7-volume 2011 Catalogue Raisonné elBulli 2005-2011 ($600) and Chef Berselius's 2018 book, Aska ($59.95).
