Talde, who's appeared on Top Chef and Chopped, has been inspired by his recent travels to Hong Kong with a focus on barbecue, dim sum, and noodles as well as Chinese staples. Diners can expect Cantonese-style dishes made with locally sourced ingredients, as well as twists on the classics Chef Dale has become known for over the years. The menus are yet to be finalized, but the 80-seat eatery features an outdoor bar and on-site garden - growing 40 varietals of vegetables and herbs.
