Broken Shaker Pop-Up at KYU

Bartenders from Broken Shaker will be behind the bar alongside KYU’s bartenders serving up a collaborative cocktail menu.

Richard Mehia and Mike Dumapias of Broken Shaker at the Freehand are merging their bartending flair with that of Kyu’s Ilan Chartor and the Kyu bar team. The tiki-themed drink menu offers both teams’ creative spins on island-inspired classics, such as the Zombie, Mai Tai, and Jungle Bird. Served from 10.15pm to 11.15pm, with complimentary bites by Kyu's chef Raheem Sealey such as Korean fried chicken, crispy kale, and caramel shichimi popcorn. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the local nonprofit Debris Free Oceans.
