On Tuesday, August 27, the Vermont Avenue culinary destination is welcoming Noma and Destroyer alum, chef Joseph Geiskopf, for a one-night-only special guest chef dinner alongside Atrium’s Executive Chef-Partner Hunter Pritchett. Both chefs - and friends - will work in tandem to display a dynamic eight-course tasting experience for one special evening. Priced at $130 per person, the menu features dishes such as grilled watermelon with sake kasu & trout roe and asparagus served with egg yolk and chicken fat.

Mushroom tisane with cilantro and sea grape; Island Creek Oyster with heirloom tomato, horseradish, and preserved lemon; asparagus with egg yolk and chicken fat; grilled watermelon with sake kasu, trout roe, Chinese olive, and shiso and Masa Cavatelli with huitlacoche, epazote, puffed amaranth & pickled okra.
