Thai Diner by Uncle Boons

The Per Se vets behind Thai stunner (and Michelin-starred restaurant) Uncle Boons has followed-up with this more casual, diner-like restaurant with a playful Thai-American menu.

The menu - at this all-day-into-night Thai-American diner - focuses on simplicity, with a strong Thai influence on new and old American classics with a unique Thai spin, such as: Thai disco fries - with curry standing in for gravy - and signature wok-fried omelettes (known in Thailand as kai jiew), hot roast beef sandwiches, and Thai fried rice. The interiors are characteristically eclectic, with Thai elements - bamboo and teak textures and traditional American diner features with plenty of very personal touches. There's a mixture of seating - from booths, standalone tables, and counter spots.
