The Windmill Soho

A theatrical dining experience and supper club in a Soho landmark

Following a £10 million revamp the historic strip club has been restored to its former glory - and was recently rumoured to be an outpost of New York's famed super-club 1 Oak. The Windmill in Soho, which the film Mrs Henderson Presents was based on, and has operated since the 1930s - famed for staying open during the Blitz. Owned by 'nightlife maven' and 'The King Of New York Nightlife' Richie Akiva - in partnership with local nightlife impresario Ryan Bishti (also behind Cirque Le Soir). 

Set across three floors the venue features; The Theatre, which act as the main restaurant - overseen by Michelin starred Chef Andrew McLeish, The Palais De Luxe, a grand upstairs bar and The Royal Box, a sumptuous private room. Beneath the 110-year-old Theatre you'll find Henderson’s speakeasy. The glamorous interior design nods to the sites rich history and is lavishly decorated in deep purples, regal blues and adorned with art deco touches. Expect never-seen-before variety acts taking the stage each night providing a modern twist on cabaret.

Tuna & black sesame tacos; truffle parmesan taglioni, whole grilled Dover sole; roasted harissa cauliflower, Wagyu sliders and roast rack of lamb.
